Science is doesn't done by polls. It is done by the Scientific Method. Evolution is a theory just like gravity. Peer review studies by scientists overwhelmingly support evolution. By your public/polling logic, the Sun revolves around the Earth (which was the popular opinion in the 1500 and 1600s).
The poll was a tiny bit showing that people who views presentations are more likely to believe than someone who has not heard or seen. that's it. and the vid got multiple comments rejecting the poll as evidence, ok, it isn't really. But what about several observations supporting a global flood listed near the end of the vid? Creationist prediction; most will be ignored, some may attempt to refute a few points, but finding one piece of misinterpreted evidence in a category doesn't mean that the rest of the evidence in that category can be ignored.

There is no such thing as observational science as defined by the creationist museum person.
