Join Me as I attempt to Yo-yo hike Kettle Moraine North on the Ice Age Trail. This hike will be 32 miles from north to south on day on and 32 miles back the way I came to my truck. I will be joined by OutOnTrail for the return trip north.

Liked how you highlighted that hawk 👍 Certainly no reason to hang your head after this effort... most people wouldn't even attempt that kind of mileage over two days. With that said, here's hoping things go more smoothly for both of us on our next IAT outing!

Thank you. I think I've got what's called runners knee. I'm confident I'll get past it... Hopefully soon because I'm going for another attempt lol. Mike's a good guy, we just did another 2 day hike and that video should be out tomorrow.
No more playing frogger on Hwy 23, definitely much safer. You're a hiking beast!
Ha ha thanks... unfortunately my knee always seems to pay the price. I'll try again this fall. Yeah so glad about hwy 23 plus it cuts that little bit of road walk out. We should get out for an overnight again.

AWESOME! I remember you telling me about this upcoming hike with Mike when we were on the ATC. You are a trail beast my friend! Nice mileage and overall MPH as well. Hope the knee injury isn't too bad. Get some vitamin I!! Hope we can reconnect soon.
Yeah Mike's a good dude. We are doing another 40 miles on the IAT next week. Pretty sure this is still my knee problem from back on the ATC, I'm sure it's gonna be fine. Enjoy trail days👊

That’s still a lot of miles! Sorry to hear about your friend not feeling well and then you twisting your knee. But way to go! You should do a video to talk about how to prepare physically for that kind of mileage.
Thanks Jason👍. Yeah Mike is doing good now. Knee has been giving me problems all year but I think I have it figured out. I do plan to try again so doing a video on my prep is a good idea. Sorry I didn't get a chance to comment on your video but I hope everything is going alright for you.
