Some hint:
Gravity depend on your Working Units setting in Preferences menu.
If you are using centimeter than the gravity (default settings)x100 -> - 980
If your active Dynamic Rigid Body go across the Passive Rigid Body check the Static Rigid Body Center of Mass X, Y, Z: need to be 0 and before you add Bullet for the Static you need to center the pivot, freeze transform and delete history.

How did you connect the last chains at the bottom to the seat? If I do exactly what you did the seat falls.

I successfully completed that method. Now I wanna export that data into fax and abc files which I tried with using bake simulation. Unfortunately, the data didn’t export the animation. Is there any way that I can export both object and animation successfully??
