The surgeon must have performed the operation well, as I didn't need painkillers after 2 weeks, the wound dressing was taken off after 2 weeks, and I started driving 6 weeks after operation. Now I'm waiting up to 6 months for the other hip replacement...

サービスエリアのガソリンスタンドは店内で支払いみたいですが、車を給油スペースに置いたままということは、後ろの人は前の人が色々買い物をして、ガソリン代を支払うまで給油できないのでしょうか？
それと、そのまま払わずに立ち去れそうな感じもするのですが。。(笑)
日本とは全然システムが違うのでびっくりです！
