A really beautiful and inspiring video, narrated by Klaus Olhmann, showing stunning aerial views of scenic Haute Provence, with Sailplane Grand Prix GeoRacing tracking display at its best ! Thank you !!
Nice video, but with this statement I strongly disagree: "Gliding is not only a leisure sport. First of all it's competition sport." - Gliding is chess with the gods. And to the contrary, competition among gliders is so earth-like, so human. Always this struggle who might be the best. When we fly, we have the chance to leave all those struggles for recognition and approval behind us. And we can become one with nature.
skimbo72 this is high end competition for state of the art sailplanes but for qualifying GP with 50kg per square meter enabled sailplane you can compete for sure !

Do you need a really expensive glider to compete in these events?
