Here's the context of the review (a very long explanation)
The "reviewer" tested 4 different brands of all-weather notebooks.
    0:04 - Rite-in-the-Rain All-Weather Notebook (Made in USA)
0:14 - JASS All-Weather Lined Notebook (Made in China)
0:52 - Ultimate Survival Technologies (UST) All-Weather Notebook (Made in China)
1:01 - AA Shield All-Weather Notebook (Made in China)
    -------------------
    Summary of review:
    Test 1:
A sheet of each brand were initially written (with a pen/pencil), then soaked in water for 24 hours.
1:52 - Probably a piece of regular paper to set as the control (since it's obvious that regular paper gets wet instantly)
2:10 - Ultimate Survival Technologies... the paper seem to have not absorbed water; the pen writtings did not erase, though the pencil wrtiings were slightly erased after a few rubs; the paper is not as creased when crumpled
2:33 - AA Shield... the paper seem to be wet and fragile like of a regular paper (as noticed when the palm of the hand is translucenly seen through the paper); The paper is gets easily teared.
2:58 - JASS... results were similar like of the AA Shield (though at time stamp 4:02, the pen writtings did not erase, though the pencil wrtiings were slightly erased after a few rubs).
3:30 - Rite-in-the-Rain... the paper itself seem to be wet, but the paper has resistance and the inside is surprisingly dry after being teared; the writtings aren't easily erased after some rubbings.
    Test 2:
In the beggining of the video, sheet from each of the products were soaked in water, then tested if you can still write on it with a pencil/pen
5:02 - AA Shield... The sheet can still be written using a pen/pencil, though the pencil writtings may be erased with a few rubbings (again, the paper is easily teared apart)
5:25 - Ultimate Survival Technologies... same result as the AA Shield (except not being easily teared apart)
6:03 - JASS... same result like of the others, though writtings can be smugged to erased after some rubbings (again, the paper is easily teared apart)
6:41 - Rite-in-the-Rain... writtings can be slightly erased after some rubbings, though still intact and not smudged
    Test 3 (timestamp 7:46 to 8:36)
Each wet paper samples were crumpled then opened back to check if the paper would still be intact.... and all of the papers were still intact yet creased, though the Ultimate Survival Technologies brand is not as creased like the other three
    Test 4 (timestamp 10:17 onwards):
Three of the paper brands (Ultimate Survival Technologies was excluded in this test) were directly poured with water.
All of the papers did not get wet though Rite-in-the-Rain got the point for this.
