Let me expose my opinion: Liam and Harry have brilliant voices. Harry's vocals are stronger and I think he has more control, but Liam can beat him with his high notes (as you can see in the acoustic version of Night Changes). Niall and Louis have unique voices, with unique pitches. This is good because they are not like other singers but they usually have a very short vocal range (I don't know if you can understand what I'm trying to say). Louis can only sing high notes and he seems like he's always out of breath, that's the only thing I don't like about him. On the other hand Niall can do his thing pretty well and he plays the guitar at the same time, you have to keep that in mind. At last, we have Zayn. As I said, this is my opinion, I consider Zayn the most talented singer in 1D. It's not because of his technique, it's his voice. Of course he has a very nice technique but when he sings... it's so smooth and so strong at the same time. I love him. So, in my opinion, we can't compare them because they have diferent types of voices. But Zayn will always be my number one.
