You can just use xl enter 45 enter instead of going through the stress

The easyest way to create a roof plan use the command line and type 45degrees and use copy command and put into corner of roof and use the command fillet to connect the lines☺️☺️☺️

The most common angle of projection (i.e roof pitch) ranges between 30 - 45 degrees. Others can be applicable.
