Eh frantic you first connect the crane to the buoy and after that you connect the buoy to the cage with the winch connector. then drop it. with the buoy you can retrieve the cage!
You whould have known if you read the discription xD

What do you think you use the buoy that has a winch that will go down to the bottom of the ocean and maybe connect to a fishing pot so you know where they are

uuh I think those buoys are for the lobster pots.... Lobster traps are supposed to float with a buoy soooo improper deployment for the lobster traps... Also I have been thing of a while now how to make a fish net

@Frantic those second things you threw over board i think they where yellow and oarnge those bottom winches on those shouldve connected to the lobster crates so you coudlve retreived them
