I have several diffusers. I'm a 'Doterra girl' but I do have other diffusers. I have a Pilot, Laluz, Rainstone (YL), and a Melaleuca one - the mist from the Melaleuca does go for a very long time, but the vapor kind of 'hangs down' more because the diffuser doesn't shoot up a plume as high as the other two. The Pilot is a little "gurgly" sounding (all the water is in a tight space). LaLuz is wonderful - it fills the room and it's beautiful too! I feel really good around it. My Rainstone (Young Living) is good, but I don't think it makes as high of a plume as the other two Doterra diffusers - plus I think that one only runs for 8 hours max.
You can put a little vinegar/water solution in the space you attach the bottle to, let it sit for a few minutes and wipe out with a q-tip. You can also fill an empty bottle with the solution, attach and run for a couple of cycles.
Yes, over time. I will usually wipe it out with a rag and most diffusers come with a small brush to clean it out as well. You can also use a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab.
I’m disabled and need my caregivers to set up and operate a diffuser for me. I’d like something very easy to explain how to use. Also something low maintenance because I’m home alone for up to 8hrs at a time. Any suggestions?
I recommend one of the ultrasonic diffusers like the Petal diffuser. This one runs for up to 12 hours. It goes on for 5 min and off for 5 min. All you would need to do is have the diffuser placed where you want it, plugged in and have the oils and a bottle of water next to the diffuser. Super simple. The other one that would work well if you’ll be in different rooms is the Roam Diffuser sits on a charge and can be moved from room to room without having to find an outlet wherever you take it. If you have a dōTERRA account you can log in to order these with your 25% off discount. If not, let me know and I can help you get one ordered.
Do essential oils need to be diluted when putting into a diffuser? Even if the person has there face right up against the vapor for an extended period of time In order to get relief quicker??
Hi, I have mucus and I wanted to see if the doTerra one you could put your face over it to lear up my congestion? i just want it for me in my bedroom so nothing really big. but I do not like using and using my phone with it. I heard essential oil are good for my problem. so which one do you reccomend? I want one that easy to clean and not much work.
A small one would work, like the pilot portal diffuser: doterra.me/T5hzlVVo You can even just heat up a mug of steamy water and place oils in there or dilute oils and rub over throat or chest. You can even gargle the oils or put a few drops in some peppermint tea. The oils really are the key. Do you have some?
Your video is very informative. Thank you. I'd like to get an evaporative essential oil pack similar to the one on the video, where can I get one? The 1st link provided is not working, the 2nd link shows only the nasal diffuser in the evaporative category
@Yownn Yoga Here are the updated links. These sell fast. The ones from doTERRA were limited time offer. I do have a couple on hand if you don't like the two I have listed. :: Amazon: amzn.to/3GhNzcI :: Concrete Flower Diffuser: etsy.me/3yYUwxD
It’s kind of like the good, better, best idea. If you have hard water, tap water can be damaging over time. However, if you’re doing the vinegar cleaning, it will help with that. If you have filtered water, that’s what I use.
How can I get a first time buy discount or promo code to use for the humidifier? Shipping and taxes sky rockets the price to high..
This will give you 25% off if you’re purchasing a dōTERRA humidifier and any other products for a year. Hope that helps. referral.doterra.me/26192
I have never owned a diffuser but I'm looking to get one after Christmas. This video was so helpful in choosing the right diffuser. Thank you so much!
You’re welcome! You’ll love having one.

Thanks, Susan, for giving more insights on the diffusers. 💕
Your videos are so sensible, informative and easiest to follow! Thank you!
Ultrasonic is great for me!!!!🥳
Same here. What do you use the diffuser for?
Hi, how do you best recommend cleaning the bubble diffuser to prevent clogging? Thank you

What catagory are the Neom diffusers?
The are ultrasonic diffusers. They use water and a vibrating plate to diffuse the water/oil molecules into the air.
Interesting
Thank you
Stacy Paulsen - Live Life Fully Collective Can you please do best oils to help you relax from a hard days of work that be much appreciated
Hay Callum, that’s a great idea. I’ll put that on my list.
@@StacyPaulsen appreciate you ☺️
Do you get oil residue on surface areas around the diffuser?
Yes, over time. I will usually wipe it out with a rag and most diffusers come with a small brush to clean it out as well. You can also use a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab.
Do you already have a diffuser? What do you love or hate about it?
I have two Asakuki diffusers. With remotes. Love them.

No they don’t if it’s an atomizing water diffuser.
@@StacyPaulsen as for ultrasonic?

Does it matter to use distilled water for ultra sonic diffusers?
It’s kind of like the good, better, best idea. If you have hard water, tap water can be damaging over time. However, if you’re doing the vinegar cleaning, it will help with that. If you have filtered water, that’s what I use.
Could you help my company review with oil diffuser ?
Possibly, can you give me more details?
