I'm absolutely gutted about Super Neil Harris resigned he deserves a huge ovation he will always be a Living Legend in my eyes I love Super Neil Harris & Super Neil Harris loves Millwall 🦁💙
More questions than answers.Need chairman James to make clearer his vision for the club in the next few years.Meanwhile let's show our appreciation for what Neil has done for us !
Neil will get the standing ovation he deserves tonight. That's a no-brainer He SAVED us from very likely relegation and carried on with limited attacking options earlier this season. Third most points since he came in February(was FIRST before Stoke). He can't change his tactics because if he did play the 442 that, nearly, everyone wanted if most of our forwards were fit , and if he did drop Hneyman back from the creative role that, blatantly, does not suit him and it works then any detractors would say "SEE how it could have been" and if he did it and we lost he would be gutted as he bleeds Millwall. I was so excited before Sunderland. Thought about the game for days and screamed "Oh ! No!" when I entered the ground and heard the team.NO attacks. Go One Down.Bringing on the team which many wanted and we slaughtered them. Lesson NOT learned as at Oxford they did NOT push us back,we put strapped up Bradshaw and left him in isolation and again NO attacks. It was NOT repeated NOT because we "only" drew, it is the realization that, unlike Boro who hit 6 there, we were FEARFUL. Lesson NOT learned. I was flat before Coventry especially, when again, he put out a negative FEARFUL team a la Rowett at HOME to the 16th-placed team and NO efforts on goal though we had 2/3 attempts. Lampard brought on his Subs 8 minutes before Neil tried to at 0/0. I assumed Neil would be adventurous,as I have faith in this squad, once the forwards were all fit which they were before Sunderland, but he played just Josh upfront in isolation. He has his his favourites Bradshaw,5 goals in his llast 50 games and now a 32-year-old (some striker). They said Beadshaw was the grafter and runner but he WAS the only striker in some games and then his mate Honeyman, so out of position,it's insane but instead of blaming his negative tactics, he blames the players. Neil is a LEGEND but was turning into Rowett.THAT was the problem. EIGHT goals in these 10 games and many from set pieces of them. This is our 7th Home game in 11 Matches. The Den will be rockingand we will win this for Neil either 2/0 or 2/1.
I am devasted. He turned an ailing side into a strong, hard to beat team of grafters, full of confidence. I was very proud of that fact. I didn't always agree with his selections but I respected the fact that he had the reigns and ultimately made the decisions. I wasn't worried for our status in this division, now I am fearful. This is not the way I wanted it to end. A true Millwall legend should never have been treated so shockingly by those that profess to be true Millwall fans.
It’s the same situation as Rowett. Millwall have a small budget and we are punching above our weight by simply being mid-table championship. Many of the fans are too thick to understand that and think we should be a premier league club. For Millwall to ‘progress’ (I.e be in the playoffs and promoted) then we’ll need to be sold to someone even wealthier than the Berylsons, and then there is no telling what it would be like. Meanwhile, the ‘thickos’ will continue to hound out any manger that does a good job by keeping us comfortably in the Championship, because they are too thick to understand that mid table = success for us
he's the ideal man for us ,i cant think of a suitable replacement that would have the same philosophy and understand the club. best of luck and thanks Neil. what next for Millwall, another Edwards? ,lets get this issue sorted and quickly, the squad is there.COYL
Harris is right about some fans being thickos. Some are, some literally booed him despite a 9 match unbeaten. Gotta be careful what they wish for. Thing is now, who do we replace him with? My preferred choice is Robbins.

The only reason we are in the championship is Neil Harris. The board could have backed him this season, and who knows what he could have achieved. Instead they have made his possition untenable mid season.Disgusting way to treat Neil, and stupid irrisponsible possition to leave the club in.
Neil Harris deserves so much better than this we would be in league 1 now if he hadn't come back through his love for Millwall, truly hope they can resolve the problem and he stays with Millwall.

The more I've listened and read about this, I don't actually think the "thickos" comment was directed at the fans. Relations with the board have definitely soured in recent months and I can only assume that this more than any perceived friction with a portion of the fans is the reason he's packing it in.
I’ve only watched about 75% of the games this season so can’t comment on all the games, and I would say it’s not been pretty. However he has done well with the players he’s got. Fans want pretty football but when you have central defenders who aren’t comfortable with the ball, you aren’t able to play the style fans want as a good style of football starts from the back forwards. I’ve always maintained that Millwall lack pace and athleticism and that is creeping in slightly with Esse for example (not for long though) but the players Harris had are limited and I’m not sure what else the club can do with such a limited budget.

Mr Milwall himself saves us from the shit and a few months later some fans mug him off. Now we are back on the Milwall merry go round..
I think what we should have done was bring Chopper in when we bought Edwards in then got Edwards to come in , in the summer so he could have a transfer window & a pre season , I think Edwards coming in mid season didn’t do anyone any favours ! Chopper would go upstairs if it was down to me , above Steve Gallen as well !
Rowett would guarantee Championship stability. Football wasn't great but results were. He delivered. Didn't you want Ainsworth ahead of Rowett back then, Dan?
Wasn't it down to selling esse? He really wanted to keep him until end of the season....steve cooper is probably the best out of the names being touted!!!
How hypocritical from you!You were saying day in day out that Harris is a League 1 manager, the most. You keep repeating non stop for Harris to take out Sav,our most important and valuable player and instead to put in the clueless Mitchell .A league 2 player. And all of us know that exactly this did Joe Edwards :sidelined Sav for Mitchell. And we know the result from this.Straight to the relegation zone.
Think he made the decision only recently as he was talking about wanting to get West Ham in the FA cup draw. Do you think he wanted more say than just being a coach and wanted the manager status where he had more weight in deciding the players he wanted? What ever happens, Harris is Mr. Millwall and so loyal to the club. Hope he gets a position one day on the board.
Dan, interesting you don’t think his departure is anything to do with others such as the director of football, Steve Gallen. Those who know Neil, know that he’s straight and is a no nonsense bloke. That’s why he left last time, he himself decided he done all he could as a first time manager and thought it best for club if ANO took the rains. I definitely wish him well and thank him for his dedication to our/ his club. Re the thicko’s comment, we here them at every game. This players great a week later he’s a wander and vice versa.
Steve Gallens got the biggest job of his life on his hands now, get these next crucial decisions wrong and his world will come crashing down lively 😂 Harris needs to show he's real Millwall and let the cat out the bag of what the fuck is going on
Weather depleted side and a 9 match unbeaten spell🤔.. You bloody well cannot win everytime because every team apart from maybe 4 teams are equal ability 👍👍..crazy out of tune thing has gone whacko....What a crying shame 🫣🫣🫣🫣
Something ain't right. He made some comments in the summer too where you thought there is something going on behind the scenes. It's a shame because I can't see what manager at the moment can take us forward. Think we might be in for a rough ride.
If the thickos comments were aimed at the board then this was always going to happen. Likely asked to publish an apology but refused. It was him or thr board.
His own stubborn “pigheaded “attitude has made him walk. No compromise. So he has to quit. Why wouldn’t he play Langstaff at ten or Ivanovic, I don’t buy it when you say he’s not ready! Why persist in playing Honeyman as a ten when he’s a box to box buzzer. Why keep playing Bradshaw over Langstaff. Wycombe manager ffs . Both Oxford and Coventry results were down to him as coach. I actually liked the new Harris style but he wouldn’t back it up with the two new forwards. I’ll applaud him as a player and thank him for last season but now he’s dropped us in the shit ….AGAIN.
If you are a truly Millwall fan send a written apology, asap ,you and the other thickos from the so called" Lions Tv" to Harris and stop been a hypocrite.
What makes your decision right? I’m pleased NH has gone and I’m not on Lions TV. I’m not a hypocrite either. We have been shocking and Kenny knows his stuff and was bang on correct in my opinion.
Kennys VIDEO was mugging off HARRIS ..a bit provocative ... though if u watch till the end he wanted to support Harris and for him to stay and for us all to get behind him.

Harris needs to show he's real Millwall and let the cat out the bag of what the fuck is going on
What happened to in Harris? We trust looks like the thickos of one.
Gutted but I think the thickos was not aimed @ the fans
Weather depleted side and a 9 match unbeaten spell🤔..
You bloody well cannot win everytime because every team apart from maybe 4 teams are equal ability 👍👍..crazy out of tune thing has gone whacko....What a crying shame 🫣🫣🫣🫣
Do you not think there’s more to it, power struggle Gallen and Harris. ???
Something ain't right. He made some comments in the summer too where you thought there is something going on behind the scenes. It's a shame because I can't see what manager at the moment can take us forward. Think we might be in for a rough ride.
Apparently had a fallout with Gallen over the fact that he werent playing Ivanovic
@@AB-yx9zzthat isn’t true
Wondering what his relationship with Gallen is like ? Sad Harris has walked now .....
Unless the Board get Muscat in, I see big problems ahead for JB jnr letting Harris walk
Don’t know why people keeping banging on about results when that’s obviously not the reason why he’s walked
If the thickos comments were aimed at the board then this was always going to happen. Likely asked to publish an apology but refused. It was him or thr board.
More to this then we are being told
Robins or muscat gutted neil is leaving
Matt Bloomfield ! Not Mark !
Gutted
I'm gutted
His own stubborn “pigheaded “attitude has made him walk. No compromise. So he has to quit.
Why wouldn’t he play Langstaff at ten or Ivanovic, I don’t buy it when you say he’s not ready!
Why persist in playing Honeyman as a ten when he’s a box to box buzzer. Why keep playing
Bradshaw over Langstaff.
Thicko
Neil Harris deserves far better than supporters like you.
Thicko
@DanielWynn-v7b and he’s running is he.
Where you sitting tonight Ian? I fancy a chat with you face to face
Shirt needs ironing fella
It's not about the fans. It's the board. No aspirations to move further. You are to be a mediocre side. Nothing more.
But who cares?
The club needs to move on. Wish him all the best
We are thickos from the den no one likes us,coyl
If you are a truly Millwall fan send a written apology, asap ,you and the other thickos from the so called" Lions Tv" to Harris and stop been a hypocrite.
What makes your decision right? I’m pleased NH has gone and I’m not on Lions TV. I’m not a hypocrite either. We have been shocking and Kenny knows his stuff and was bang on correct in my opinion.
Kennys VIDEO was mugging off HARRIS ..a bit provocative ... though if u watch till the end he wanted to support Harris and for him to stay and for us all to get behind him.
Dan you need to tell us what happened .I find it strange that he’s staying for 2 games.Gareth Ainsworth is available or even Southgate
Can you imagine Southgate at Millwall. With his Woke ways and cuddly, dont upset anyone thoughts he will be scared sh*t less!
What are you on about Andy?
To be honest I’m glad he’s gone ….
He picked his mates murray wallace and tom bradshaw in 2nd half at oxford over emakhu langstaff & ivanovic
Yep JB spent money and Harris is still playing his mates
Where you sitting tonight?
Youll be playing musical chairs with the people your asking where they're sitting tonight 😅@DanielWynn-v7b
