    Great video! Even if someone doesn’t own this car, or is considering buying one, you provided a detailed review of the car, as well as Driver’s POV that show you a lot of the intricacies of this vehicle. Very well presented, and informative, keep up the great work!

    Have them replace the HDMI module on your infotainment system... I had the same issue and I had them replace the HDMI module and update it... For the exhaust simply pull the fuse for the exhaust and your exhaust will always stay open! That should fix the issues

    My 17 2SS had the NPP rattle that started when I was driving it around with headers and no tune. The tips were very black from that. After I got it tuned it stopped. A couple times the radiator fan stayed on and I had to disconnect the battery. other then that its been flawless. Both common problems with the Camaro.

    Thanks for the insight. That would make me hesitate to delete the 2nd lockout.

    Thank you 🙏 I love sharing videos like this to my Facebook because I have a lot of haters on there so it pisses them off just thinking about me getting a better car than They have 🤣😂😅 🏆

    Hey, don’t know if you still have issue with touchscreen not responding or if you even still have car, but I fixed mine on my 2016 2SS by simply pulling out the fuse in the trunk for the display, waiting about 10 minutes, and reinstalling it. The only thing I can think of is that GM didn’t properly seat the fuse in the fuse box from the factory. Anyways it’s been 6 months since and it as well as the entire car has been flawless.

    Have you tried doing a factory reset on the infotainment system? Maybe it will help to eliminate the lag.

    Put Amsoil ATF trany fluid or there Torque Drive tanny fluid. It might solve the 2nd gear issue.

    Just got rid of my '17 2SS. I hate to part with it but, the A8 transmission shudder and hard shifts is not something I want to deal with once the warranty expires, I had it flush twice so far and a recall dealership had not even got back to me. My 2SS only got 8,206 on the odometer. Love the power, but not the reliability. You may win those races but you pay the price afterward to fix it. Who really won?.

      Kamaro3XVII yea you have to get on the dealership to confirm the correct transmission fluid. The new fluid for me works perfectly on my 16SS. If you put to many miles into it before they released the correct fluid in early 2019 the damage may have gotten to the torque converter. Mine was caught early and wasn’t driven very long with shudder

      @@freedomdance7601 How many miles since the new fluid flush after march 19'? Any shudder returning? my 17 ss with 20k miles just started the shudder =\

      I’m doing my research on this because I’m looking at a 16 SS with 94,000 miles and I’m anticipating there to be some transmission shutter and I’m also expecting to buy the car and go to the dealership for a full flush and new filter in the transmission within the first two weeks of owning the car

    Good stuff bro as always, and we all know Chevy's are reliable. Because Fords are always ( Found On Road Dead )😂😂😂😂 keep doing your thing ✌.

      HAHA i know right, my f150 is found on rode with over 200k fucking miles because i know how to do basic preventative maintenance... Bro I want a camaro, and i'm probably going to buy one soon, but dead ass, Chevy's have way more fucking problems than fords seem too. And for some reason people keep denying that the new mustang gt is faster than the SS. Every video stock for stock i see the 5.0 pulls on the ss in the top end XD, again, I like chevy, but they're kinda starting to get shit on by dodge and ford.

    • @freedomdance7601
      @freedomdance7601 4 роки тому +1

      Sheep Dog69 yes I notice new GT pulls more in top end. But they are all so close it comes down to personal preference and for me it’s the camaro looks and more nimble handling. That 6.2 bone stock may hold back some revs in the top end but the capacity can be unlocked trust me.
