I think if he never went to the explosions (bakugous explosions when he was captured by that slime monster) bakugo Would Have died Deku would have been sad cause he really did think bakugo Was still his childhood friend and deku would remember allmights words “no I don’t think that someone without a quirk can become a hero” and then he would become a villain lol
Just think, if Deku had somehow met a villain in that little space between being told he couldn't be a hero by all might and saving Bakugou from the slime villain, things may have gone different...
The world failed Izuku every time. The only reason he didn't go dark was because of his own self. Because he himself is such a pure person that even when the world fucked him up, he stayed strong and only cared about saving people with a smile.
Imagine a story where All might never offers One for All to Izuku. A story where Izuku wants to help people, but has no way to help them on the right side of the law. A story where Izuku becomes the villain to find a way to erase quirs on a planetary scale and resets the world as it was before heroes and villains. A world where people like Bakugo and Endevor won't abuse their power. A world where quirks won't make it harder for people, because they they make them view as outcasts. Villians won't have an easy way to commit crimes and Heros won't be popular or famous. A world where men are created equal.
I've already been working on something like that. >.> When I watched the first few episodes of MHA/BnHA, my thoughts on seeing how Izuku was treated by Bakugo were along the lines of: "What a GREAT start for a villain!" So, I'm running with the ball like a giggling two-year-old.

Ok but all the imagery with the Koi fish has given me an idea: Izuku jumps of the roof of his middle school after Bakugo tells him to, and lands in the same pond his notebook falls in. Obviously, the water can't completely save him, but does slow him down enough that he just splits the skin at he back of his head and gets a moderate concussion. After briefly being disappointed he survived and contemplating just holding himself down until he drowns, he decides he doesn't want to leave his mom just yet and climbs out. At first all seems normal (or as normal as it get after a fail suicide attempt), before he notices both the water and the Koi are unnaturally still considering what just happened. Then some instinct tells him to *_lift._* And just like that the water and the Koi rise into the air before him. Turns out he does have a Quirk, after all. Quirk: Blood Transfusion If Izuku's blood is mixed into something, he is able to control it. The blood itself cannot be directly controlled. The definition of "mixed in" varies; for liquids (eg water, mercury) and absorbent materials (eg sponge, cloth), it simply needs to make contact; for nonabsorbent solids (eg glass, metals), it needs to be introduced prior to or during the production process (if a bunch of sand gets caked in his blood and then melted into glass, he can control the glass); for living entities (plants, animals, humans), it needs to be absorbed by the body one way or another (eg ingestion, injection, roots), with there being a variable time limit before the blood is expunged by the body; cannot be used to control gases save for the blood absorbing the gas naturally and then being applied to a living being. A bare minimum amount of blood equal to 5% of the volume of the controlled object (in the case of things like sponges, the volume minus the air). For animals and humans, this is 5% of blood volume (I have about 4 liters of blood, so he would need to use 0.2 liters at minimum); for animals that lack a circulatory system, a single will suffice; the stronger a person's willpower, the better they can resist his control, requiring more blood to control them. For plants, 5% of chlorophyll volume is needed. Blood does not need to be fresh, or even liquid, for quirk to work, allowing for larger objects and entities to be affected.
@@dragongoddess8805 If the quirk is more of a physical* quirk (e.g. Transform, Explosion, OfA/AfO, Vine, Erasure, Blood Control, Zero Gravity, Bloodcurdle, Regeneration) then he can control it, but if it's more of a mental* quirk (e.g. Brainwashing, Outburst, Search, Earth Flow, High Specs, Homing, Anivoice, Fiber Master) then he can't He wouldn't be able to control Dark Shadow unless he forcefully fused Kuroiro with it *physical and mental aren't the best way to describe them but all I can think of at the moment

Honestly if there was a villain Deku it would probably be a season long or a movie. Probably because imagine if a villain opens an alternate world to their world and villain Deku pops out before the portal closes and now everyone is trying to fight him out of their world because 2 Deku’s in one world could result in the death of the original. In the end the way the villain goes home is because he wants to because the original Deku convinces him somehow and tells him what he needs to or wants to hear from a hero.
