I also enjoy the commentary better by Ryan Lefevere and Joel Goldberg because they don't have a stale and organic victory phrase each time the Royals hit a home run.
This Royals squad of the past three years is one of the greatest comeback teams of all-time. 2014 WC, 2015 ALDS Game 4, 2015 ALCS Game 2, 2015 WS Game 1, May 28th, 2016. Three of those games are easily in the top 50 of baseball comebacks in the history of the game. It's just incredible!

Ed Farmer which is one the White Sox radio announcers is the same way. I remember last year when Lorenzo Cain hit a HR and Farmer got pissed because Cain apparently looked in the Sox dugout as he rounded the bases. Farmer said next time Cain comes up to bat the Sox should make him stare at the sky meaning the Sox should put Cain on his ass in his next at bat. lol It was kinda funny but still what a salty bitch. lol

Whit Merrifield will be the every day 2nd basemen once Gordon comes back as long as he keeps hitting well. He's hit in 20 of is 22 games so far and is batting well over 300 so it could maintain at least in the near 300's the entire season, hard to tell as hitters are streaky. It's weird though, I always saw Infante as an above average 2nd basemen defensivley yet is an 8-9 hole hitter, so I understand why he is riding the bench. The Royals may even send Infante to AAA and keep Colon as a backup infielder. It sucks to see mainstays in the program get hurt, but it is awesom to see the talent waiting to get showcasesed aka Merrifield and Eibner. It's a shame Eibner is injury plagued though. He will likely be demoted once Gordon comes back as Dyson can play every outfield posistion and Orlando is basically a mainstay in right and Fuentes is a mediocre replacement in right or left as well. Atleast Royals fans know there is good depth in their system, just no powerhouse hitters, just ballplayers that get the job done.
