The people of GA look to be pretty firmly behind him. As far as ATL goes, it always seemed like a warzone to me when I visited, but yeah, violent crime is up there. However, I don't see Trump attacking Governor Parson for the crime in St Loius which is currently the most dangerous city in the US or Governor Lee for Memphis which is the fourth or Governor DeWine for Cleveland which is sixth. Atlanta isn't even in the top 10 and sits somewhere around 17.

I’m not from Georgia, but if Trump came to my state and insulted my governor, Even if I didn’t really like my governor, I would take it as a personal insult.
