Girl Group GIRL'S DAY is coming back after 2years and 8months with the first regular album 'Expectation'.
The title song 'Expect'(Composed and written by Nam Ki Sang and DANIEL R.) is a hybrid song that has analog and electronic sound appropriately mixed together. In this song we can see Hyeri and Yura's refreshing voice going along with the lead vocal Sojin and Minah's sexy and beautiful voice. It talks about a woman wanting to get the heart of a gorgeous man who seems like a player. But the song talks about a woman's mentality in a very sensitive manner. In this album, fans will be able to see Girl's Day with better choreography, clothes, hairstyle and make-up and see the more mature and sexy sides of Girl's Day.

I remember watching a live performance of this back in the day and ALL the singing was live, no recorded vocals, and they sounded FANTASTIC and I just couldn't believe how purely talented and hard-working they are... Girls Day will always be one of the best Kpop groups in my opinion. Their quality is just through the roof.

Girl's Day really pulled off this concept well. Their voices are so beautiful here, the way the girls call and answer each other, the layering during the bridge, it was really well done. The dance was also spot on, it fits both the song and lyrics, even the expressions on their faces show their getting back at the guy who didn't think they were good enough. I love love love this sooong!! They're sexy and classy and it was all done so well! Great job Girl's Day!! Also, the tone of Sojin's voice is really pretty. I just can't sing the praises of this song high enough~~
This was my first Girl's Day mv and i love it . Hyeri's shot a laser into my heart, Sojin made me weak with her eyes, Yura blinded me with her beauty, and Minah blasted my ears with her voice.

Can we resurrect Girls day, sistar, 2ne1, wonder girls, Miss A like brave Girls? I badly miss their music. Kpop comebacks and music nowadays are tiring to hear. This kinds of music is easily and happily accepted by my Ears.

yeah but it’s the literal translation of expect if you say it to someone, ‘기대’ is expectation but I realised over time that many English translations differ from the actual korean title so I guess both is correct :)
Actually 기대해 (real song name) is the verb form of "expectation" so the song literally translated can be "to expect" or "expecting". But in Korean you can sometimes omit subject/object if it's obvious so under the correct circumstances you can interpret it as X expects Y. Therefore the song name can also mean "I'm expecting you"
