Hi David.Sorry that I have never been to Hallasan yet, can’t suggest any breakfast shop to you , but If you are going to road trip too, I suggest you search restaurants from Google map, when you in the immediate vicinity of the attraction. We also found the restaurants in this way. Sometimes, we arrived at the attraction 1-2hour beforehand, and drive around find some authentic korean food. In Jeju, there are a lot of 24 hours restaurants, so don’t worry, but remember to allow sufficient time to explore. Wishing you all the best on your travels.☺️
