The SKY won the most important game to end the halfway point. Their Game against the Atlanta Dream. Nobody really expected the Sky to beat the Liberty nor the ACES. We hoped that they would. Big Difference. So it really doesn't matter how you keep that 8th seed playoff spot as long as the Sky get in. Tanking for a Draft Pick won't help the Sky since Dallas can switch picks if the Sky first round pick is better. So all the CC fans screaming to the high Heavens won't change that. So the SKY and everyone else near the last playoffs spots will soon have almost 30 days to work on improving their weakness. There is no Shame in losing to the BEST team in the League. Nor to the ACES. However after the 30 day BREAK for the Olympics, we need to see some improvements.

Watching Angel Reese games is like watching grass grow. She shoots most of her shots below the rim but her FG percentage is only 40.2% which suggests that most of her rebounds are off of her own misses. Can’t deny her efforts and hustle though.
You can see in the highlights once Reese had her 10 rebounds she was trying to break out early to get an outlet pass to make sure she got her points, what a sad site, only cares about herself had 5 fouls early then played 0 defense, in the NBA you'd be sitting with 5 fouls (WNBA is 6). The starters of Sky should be CC at PG, MM at SG, AR at SF, KC at C and IH at PF. D.Evans should be rotating between the guard positions. This team has a chance at creating a dynasty. When i first saw angel reese stats why her dd streak ended, i was confuse. Why is the pints is the low one? Because she's not really a good offensive player. Even in her dd she's proud of, she only has a minimum 10 pts or 11 pts sometimes when she's lucky it is a little bit higher by 3 pts. So im really confuse about the hype in her dd. Whats really impressive in dd is aja Wilson's stat. 20+ pts and 19 rebs with 5 blocks. I mean really? DD 10 and 10 with no block is good and historic? I would love to see AR, LA, Michaela, KC, and Chen in a lineup for the next game. Their speed, size, and ability to start and keep momentum together is nice. Financing the whole thing will be an issue. There's been some great momentum in the past few months, primarily due to the media hype around Clark, Reese, Brink, etc. but there's a lot more work to be done. Good on them though.

The SKY won the most important game to end the halfway point. Their Game against the Atlanta Dream. Nobody really expected the Sky to beat the Liberty nor the ACES. We hoped that they would. Big Difference. So it really doesn't matter how you keep that 8th seed playoff spot as long as the Sky get in. Tanking for a Draft Pick won't help the Sky since Dallas can switch picks if the Sky first round pick is better. So all the CC fans screaming to the high Heavens won't change that. So the SKY and everyone else near the last playoffs spots will soon have almost 30 days to work on improving their weakness. There is no Shame in losing to the BEST team in the League. Nor to the ACES. However after the 30 day BREAK for the Olympics, we need to see some improvements.

The starters of Sky should be CC at PG, MM at SG, AR at SF, KC at C and IH at PF. D.Evans should be rotating between the guard positions. This team has a chance at creating a dynasty. When i first saw angel reese stats why her dd streak ended, i was confuse. Why is the pints is the low one? Because she's not really a good offensive player. All these comments about AR. Not even about the winning team, or insight on what the Sky( team) should work on. A lot of you are so obvious/blatant and quite frankly weird. Hating a complete stranger who has done nothing to you is weirdo behavior. It's clear you people don't like basketball or enjoy the games. It's currently about 143 comments on this post and I've only seen two talking about the Liberty and giving them their props. The Liberty played well, especially without two of their starters. The Liberty deserved the win!! The Sky turnover and long wayward passes were an issue. Shot selection under/around the basket needs to improve ASAP. The Refs were a huge issue in this game. A complaint should absolutely be filed against them. The Sky coaching staff need to pivot more and the sitting of certain players in the last 4 games has been quite perplexing. I would love to see AR, LA, Michaela, KC, and Chen in a lineup for the next game. Their speed, size, and ability to start and keep momentum together is nice. I think that would be a good lineup against Aja, KP, Jackie, Kiya, and AC.

Dude, I am not defending Metoo by any means, however basketball is all about rebounds. If you get defensive rebounds. the opponents don't get second shots. When you get an offensive rebounds, you score 85 percent of the time. It's always the best rebounding team that wins championships.
