Scott Bernstein likes to always place Detroit on par with Chicago. I stopped this video early, but I'm sure he failed to mention this. Wisconsin is 100% Outlaws territory. Why? Well... whites will have loyalty to the Outlaws in Wisconsin no doubt due in no small part to tradition. The other reason is any other 1% white (or Latino Mongol club) biker club *openly* wearing their patched jackets here will eventually get killed in Wisconsin if they don't flee first. And the Hells Angels did for a very brief moment try to set up openly in Wisconsin as they had conquered territory in Chicago from the Chicagoans (Outlaws). The State Line Chapter of the Wisconsin Outlaws were heavily involved in helping Illinois fight the Hells Angeles inside Illinois. That was back when--several years ago (maybe over 10 years ago)--the FBI not only brought down indictments on the State Line Wisconsin chapter but claimed its leader was the most feared 1% biker in the country. I doubt the latter as I think the FBI tends to over-hype *individuals* at times to paint images and win cases. He did use shooting and/or killing people as gang-style initiation rites, I got the impression from one associate of the Milwaukee chapter that the Milwaukee chapter did not approve of that practice within the State Line Chapter. I may be using some terms or chapter names incorrectly as I'm not a biker nor groomed into biker "culture." On a sidebar note: if--I say if!--Detroit has real Crip or Bloods presence, Scott should make note Milwaukee does not. This is loyal black Chicago origins gangs like the GD's, VL's, Black P Stones. The Crips and Bloods back in the early to mid '90s TRIED to gain a openly represented foothold here. That lasted a hot second. They do have members here as INDIVIDUALS like a fish out of water, that is it. So, if Detroit has EVERY NATION of crime outfits fly flags in Detroit that to me is akin to say... a weak a$$ USA that would have every country on Earth opening their own MILITARY BASES on mainland USA soil, including Russia and Iran having their own separate military bases inside the USA. The Pagans tried to open up in Los Angeles and that charter got shut down. As for the Outlaws I've known different bikers from clubs that hated Outlaws but the one thing I've heard them all say the Outlaws MC is by far the worst club to be at war with. Love the biker news.

Outlaws have been in Mass since the 90s. My Uncle's (RIP) former club was patched over when I was in elementary school and I'm almost 39. The Brockton Chapter had a bunch of raids in the mid 00s. Members of the the hardcore gang FSU started joining the Outlaws in the early 00s.
I know nothing about the Outlaws MC personally, never been in their footprint either. But I have more friends and old and ex brothers currently serving FCI time. In another big 4 Nation. I really don't want to share. But I'll talk hardcore and straightedge all day. I'm 2 weeks clean off methadone, and 3 years off everything else. Great show men,Here is my take on why the M.C.'s are having more encounters with each other and law enforcement.That a lot of Clubs are being infiltrated by undercover police and informants on a bigger scale than ever.These people are selling the Clubs,drugs,guns etc.,but at the same time inciting violence and getting the Clubs to clash with each other,and then coming in and busting them.Same old tactics,the Feds use on people in their daily lives,if they can't get you on credible charges,they will lie to Judges,Juries and the Media,RESULTING IN THE CONVICTIONS OF MANY INNOCENT FOLKS,CAUGHT UP IN THE ZEAL OF A CORRUPT LAW ENFORCEMENT.I say the Feds are the real bad folks in these matters.The M.C.'s are who they are ,but law enforcement on the other hand who portray themselves as good guys,protecting the innocent and weak,when in reality they are tyrants,they break laws,and they violate peoples Constitutional Rights as if they make the rules,and the laws.In my opinion,law enforcement is trying to start wars among the top 1%er Clubs,just like our government and military leaders try to start wars in other countries,all for profit and power.

I've been wrenching, building, and riding for 51yrs this year, all of them as a loner. I tried on a couple of clubs decades ago, but none of them were close enough to my standards to allow them to join me.
@@tma4137 I've been offered many times over the years to join clubs, and I hung around with the same one from the late '70s to the early '90s, but I bow down to neither man nor "God." I have very high standards that few men have ever been able to meet, but you would probably fit into a club really well, until you got your teeth knocked out. You should go for it.
People need to learn from the past, good and bad. Back when I started riding(1975)it was more about Freedom, and brotherhood. But now its wantabe thugs, and gang mentality. Clubs have gotten too big and have spread out too much! I grew up inside a 1% club on the east coast. When I was a kid I knew or met just about every member at family functions, parties, or runs. Now I'm 46 and still live around many members and I don't know any of them Including the members being featured on the news.

I live in an area that is considered a Pagan stronghold and see these dudes out riding on a regular basis. Back in the 90’s I knew a dude who was their local Sargent At Arms. He “seemed” to be a good guy but for whatever reason he was murdered on Christmas Eve. It’s unclear if he was killed on orders from the club or for some other transgression. Rumors circulated that he may have been a police informant so that could’ve been the reason but who knows?

I'm from the Philly/Jersey area and my wife uncle was a pagan for about 30 years before he retired due to physical issues. But the Pagams have grown for sure, although this has ALWAYS been their stronghold area they definitely have more numbers now around. Also the Pagans and the Mongols have a definite alliance and that's because the Mongols helped push the Pagans west and the Pagans have helped bring the Mongols east. Clubs need to come together ,the real enemies are the government. Stop all the infighting. I am former club member and a 1%er always will be. After 50 years of fighting one club against another for what territory? Can you imagine how strong the big five would be ,if you could focus on brotherhood, your strength would be unstoppable. Outlaws have been in Mass since the 90s. My Uncle's (RIP) former club was patched over when I was in elementary school and I'm almost 39. The Brockton Chapter had a bunch of raids in the mid 00s. Members of the the hardcore gang FSU started joining the Outlaws in the early 00s.

Great show men,Here is my take on why the M.C.'s are having more encounters with each other and law enforcement.That a lot of Clubs are being infiltrated by undercover police and informants on a bigger scale than ever.These people are selling the Clubs,drugs,guns etc.,but at the same time inciting violence and getting the Clubs to clash with each other,and then coming in and busting them.Same old tactics,the Feds use on people in their daily lives,if they can't get you on credible charges,they will lie to Judges,Juries and the Media,RESULTING IN THE CONVICTIONS OF MANY INNOCENT FOLKS,CAUGHT UP IN THE ZEAL OF A CORRUPT LAW ENFORCEMENT.I say the Feds are the real bad folks in these matters.The M.C.'s are who they are ,but law enforcement on the other hand who portray themselves as good guys,protecting the innocent and weak,when in reality they are tyrants,they break laws,and they violate peoples Constitutional Rights as if they make the rules,and the laws.In my opinion,law enforcement is trying to start wars among the top 1%er Clubs,just like our government and military leaders try to start wars in other countries,all for profit and power.

Clubs have gotten too big and have spread out too much! I grew up inside a 1% club on the east coast. When I was a kid I knew or met just about every member at family functions, parties, or runs. Now I'm 46 and still live around many members and I don't know any of them Including the members being featured on the news.
We hope every club does well we know who the real enemy is.
There is two sides to every story. Then there is the truth. Been a 1% for a long time. Not club active any more but still a 1% and that will never change.

I live in an area that is considered a Pagan stronghold and see these dudes out riding on a regular basis. Back in the 90’s I knew a dude who was their local Sargent At Arms. He “seemed” to be a good guy but for whatever reason he was murdered on Christmas Eve. It’s unclear if he was killed on orders from the club or for some other transgression. Rumors circulated that he may have been a police informant so that could’ve been the reason but who knows?

I'm from the Philly/Jersey area and my wife uncle was a pagan for about 30 years before he retired due to physical issues. But the Pagams have grown for sure, although this has ALWAYS been their stronghold area they definitely have more numbers now around. Also the Pagans and the Mongols have a definite alliance and that's because the Mongols helped push the Pagans west and the Pagans have helped bring the Mongols east. The Mongols now have a chapter in Pennsylvania & New Jersey I have even seen the two clubs together on a few occasions. I have NEVER seen a Hells Angel I heard they have a chapter in Newark but I have NEVER SEEN THEM even when I have spent time in Newark, with that said I've seen plenty of Pagans and now I have started to see a few Mongols.
