its called omni keycard,6th keycard in the game that you cannot get from anywhere except the 914 has the same uses as lvl5,being able to open every door you basically have to "very fine" a keycard and its pretty much luck based whether if youre going to get it or not (its 1 in 108 for each card in this run) *copy pasted from a forum -* Omni probabiliy is slightly complex than just 1/N chance. It depends only on two factors: game difficulty and obtained achievements.
