Props to Michigan State! One of the best nuggets of advice I learned is to have your blade on the ice ready to receive the pass, ie, at the time you want the puck. Also, give eye contact to the passer too. This gives the passer a clear target and a quick flow will naturally develop.

Thanks! I am trying to find the words for my son to explain him how to do exercises on the ice, and you always explain everything in the best way!!!
If you don’t know how to explain things, there’s a great chance you shouldn’t be the one explaining it
