Do you have the pedometer sensor in your mobile? Try using another mobile to test it...

You need to translate to arabic language using Yandex Translate Component. Learn more about here: ua-cam.com/video/cSmfh9hemqs/v-deo.html
After you translate ,you will not be able to text to speech because the language is not supported by text to speech. But, You will be able to show the arabic translation in a label.

Now I found a way to translate and use text to speech.
Here are the steps on how to do it:
1) Use Yandex Translate to translate text to arabic.
2) After translated, using the text to speech component you can make it speak in arabic.
