Great review Kenny! I really like the look of this car. I was a bit doubtful about turbo 4s but now that I have one I am truly impressed with the amount of power they can crank out. Hope you are doing great!
First! Great video man -- you review Volvos on a regular basis, and they are nice, for sure. Quick edit: I think the interior aluminum trim is exclusive to the Black Edition and so are the seats. They are similar to the previous R-Design seats, but with some additional contrasting cloth material. I don't think any other version of the Volvo has these.
I swear one day, people are going to wish they never got all blacked out trims, and silver/chrome will be popular again. I never understood all blacked out rims as from far away looks like the hub caps fell out lol. But seriously this all black “trim” needs to stop it is getting too much. 😂
Thanks for posting such an awesome and thorough video review, Kenny! I am from Ashburn, VA, and my 2012 XC90 is currently in the Beyer shop for brake repairs and I have a loaner 2024 S60 B5 Recharge Black Edition that has the same color scheme as the one you're testing. I usually don't like sedans since I find them to be too small and low to the ground, but the S60 Plus loaner is a pleasant surprise for the next few days as I wait for my SUV. I was shocked to actually feel the excitement of driving what feels like a race car compared to my older XC90. This model is also the first time I've been introduced to a mild hybrid, and the ample amount of tech built into the vehicle (Google, cameras, etc) isn't as much of nuisance as I expected. Honestly, this 50K S60 is way out of my price range for now, hence my holding tight to my 2012 XC90, but I am glad to have a minor field trip with it nonetheless. As a fellow Virginian, I wish you all the best for making more videos into 2024 and will gladly click the subscribe button! Keep up the awesome work!
I just got the Camry SE as my daily and now,I’m feeling a little regret. This SE does not have a power passenger seat with lumbar and I feel, the Volvo has a better seat. However the 2025 Camry is an excellent car with plenty of good features. It has a great hybrid system and comfortable quick ride. Cost me $36k. Not as luxurious as the Volvo but quite nice. Have you reviewed the new Camry? The XSE is comparable to the S60 for about $45.
👍🏻👍🏻 I should have learned to play the guitar. I should have learned to bang them drums. Then i could have driven any car i want. On second thought im ok with my old truck, my old lady. My old job, fishing hole. Old cat died so got a new onw of those. Hey don't you wish $60.000 cars lived as long as cats. That would be nonsense like the part about my old lady.

They’re surprisingly preppy. Likewise!

I think you’re right. I dig it. It makes the interior feel exclusive and sporty!
I missed old school 5cyl turbo Volvo engines. Great review as always. Greetings
Great job Kenny and this will be my first car.
This would be a sweet first car!
Awesome job Kenny.
👊🏼👊🏼 I like your profile picture
Power Passenger seat has lumbar too?

Lol - I’m a fan of all the gloss black. My uncle - who is older - hates it. He loves his chrome 😂
Chrome is more for a luxury look, and black is more of a sporty look
@@ELP1125 couldn’t agree more! Come to think of it yes chrome does give off a sense of luxury and black more sporty
Thanks for the info. I’m considering this exact car
Is this AWD?

I would personally prefer the black one, but the white one looks good too. The new volvos are looking pretty good.
Black cars are hard to keep clean though. But when they are clean they look sweet
I agree...$52k for this Volvo is pretty sweet. Nice review.
Thanks man 🙏🏼
Nice looking car. Aa good city driver. Thumbs up. Peace bro.
Yessir! How’re you feeling?
Recovering mode. Feeling stronger. Thanks.
