the end is actually different because its a transition to faerie soiree !! the next song after tunnel vision :)
I think the “playing house to distract me” is a reference to doll house but because cry baby experienced it she is able to call it out this time from the jump instead of falling for the trap. This song has almost this tone of someone who has been burned before but is now in control she knows what’s up and no one use that fake shit on her.

As Melanie said, all the songs were inspired by visions of people who have undergone past life regressions. She has said that she has read all that in Past Life Regression Therapy Books and that it has been a lot of inspiration to her in recent years. I have a theory that Tunnel Vision was inspired by visions of people (in regression) who have gone through a "Tunnel" to the "other side" experiencing related visions in an earthly way. I personally associate this with succubi and incubi, which are demons that take on the forms of men and women to seduce in dreams and visions ✨🧚🏻♂️
