I just talked to her last night due to receiving a well deserved internship next summer. Honey you will never forget this precious moment with your little man. You will have them with your grandchildren also, and cry at that success and growth.
I hear you! We have a 16 year old grandson, and I cry over him all the time. All he has to say is “Hi Nana,”and I’m in tears. LOL Being a grandparent is the next best thing to being a parent.❤️❤️

I agree with you about cleaning before a crowd descends: Clean up the obvious, hide the clutter. The floors will get dirty and dustier with every guest that enters, so wait until after they leave to really clean everything. You are amazing, all you do with 5 kids!!!

I made a “Kitchen Overflow” bin (shoe size Rubbermaid container with lid) because 1/4 of my crap wasn’t used daily and real estate is a premium in my tiny kitchen. Your new couch looks great but it also looks very light. I would scotch guard it. It comes in a spray and is super easy to use. Spills will not penetrate.

We always host the holidays at our house. My hubby and adult kids (25, 23, 20) are cooking this year. I broke my leg and both ankles after missing one step (out of TWO! 🤦♀️) when I was going out to our garage. So I feel so lost this year! LOL. I need some Thanksgiving side dish ideas. Hubby told me to pick something because he knows I’m sad. I do plan to sit at the kitchen table and cut up fresh vegetables and fruit. But I don’t know what else I can do 🤷♀️. Thanks for another great video. It motivates me to be a drill sergeant and make sure this place gets cleaned up before thanksgiving lol 😂

Our favorite Thanksgiving side is my husband's grandmothers chestnut stuffing. Not hard but lots of steps. Homemade bread crumbs, fresh chopped chestnuts, red pepper, onion, celery, seasonings and lots of butter cooked in the bird. Oh my so good, can't wait. We love traditional Thanksgiving dinner, this year my niece who dosen't cook wants to do prime rib instead! So I'm doing two meals one with my husband's brothers family then one for us and my mom and her friend that dosen't have any family. Usually I just do one and have everyone come but not this year. More leftovers for us! Also I LOVE, LOVE the cucumber melon soap. I haven't bought it in a,while. Need to put in on my list. Hope everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving filled with love and kindness. 🦃😇❤

I am also Italian. Every Thanksgiving I cook a 20+ lb turkey, mash potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, salad, green beans, sweet potatoes, Italian bread, Apple pie, cherry pie and pumpkin pie. The biggest thing I make is my Grandma Rose Amendola's dressing/stuffing. It takes me 4 hours to cook. I prepare it the day before Thanksgiving. Yummy!
I think the show you were thinking of is The Kitchen! My husband and I used to watch it all the time.. I also enjoy watching Magnolia Table and my mom watches Trisha Yearwood and Ree (Pioneer Woman)... I love the baking shows but I prefer the cookie challenges.. I am fascinated by cookie decorating. I never feel as relaxed doing my own cleaning as I do watching Kim's Cleaning Service. LOL. My favorite things to make and eat for Thanksgiving are my apple, sausage and onion dressing, corn casserole and pumpkin pie. Turkey is a given, but some people don't like turkey so I get a small ham, too. Lots of cooking to be done!!! Bachelor in Paradise is my guilty pleasure, too.

Well Wow! Those cupboard, drawer/cleanouts were very inspiring. Totally agree about disliking the food contest shows. Favs are Ina, Girl Meets Farm and the Kitchen for real cooking. 😊 My 4th weighed 9'6".....also born huge and didn't like to sleep.

I am having Thanksgiving with my late boyfriend’s family. He past away this past August and I need to be with them! My family understands and they live an hour away and being newly recovering from hip replacement I didn’t want to drive there by myself. So we are doing things differently this year. Great video. I recently bought a new toilet seat called pipishell - from Amazon. It's got a pushbutton to remove the seat from its anchors for easy deep cleaning. I don't remove it every time I clean but now I remove it at least monthly, and it really makes a difference. It's also soft close which is a game changer!

Our favorite Thanksgiving side is my husband's grandmothers chestnut stuffing. Not hard but lots of steps. Homemade bread crumbs, fresh chopped chestnuts, red pepper, onion, celery, seasonings and lots of butter cooked in the bird. Oh my so good, can't wait. We love traditional Thanksgiving dinner, this year my niece who dosen't cook wants to do prime rib instead! So I'm doing two meals one with my husband's brothers family then one for us and my mom and her friend that dosen't have any family. Usually I just do one and have everyone come but not this year. More leftovers for us! Also I LOVE, LOVE the cucumber melon soap. I haven't bought it in a,while. Need to put in on my list. Hope everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving filled with love and kindness. 🦃😇❤

I am also Italian. Every Thanksgiving I cook a 20+ lb turkey, mash potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, salad, green beans, sweet potatoes, Italian bread, Apple pie, cherry pie and pumpkin pie. The biggest thing I make is my Grandma Rose Amendola's dressing/stuffing. It takes me 4 hours to cook. I prepare it the day before Thanksgiving. Yummy!

I also enjoy watching Magnolia Table and my mom watches Trisha Yearwood and Ree (Pioneer Woman)... I love the baking shows but I prefer the cookie challenges.. I am fascinated by cookie decorating. I never feel as relaxed doing my own cleaning as I do watching Kim's Cleaning Service. LOL. My favorite things to make and eat for Thanksgiving are my apple, sausage and onion dressing, corn casserole and pumpkin pie. Turkey is a given, but some people don't like turkey so I get a small ham, too. Lots of cooking to be done!!! Bachelor in Paradise is my guilty pleasure, too.

Well Wow! Those cupboard, drawer/cleanouts were very inspiring. Totally agree about disliking the food contest shows. Favs are Ina, Girl Meets Farm and the Kitchen for real cooking. 😊 My 4th weighed 9'6".....also born huge and didn't like to sleep.

I agree:Publix has the best birthday cake. We always get ours there. Your house always looks great. I get so motivated watching your videos. My fav Thanksgiving food is the dressing and the desserts! My granddaughter has a boyfriend that doesn’t eat pork, so gotta be aware of that to respect him, because I really like him. 🤪 I think I’d love that silverware drawer! And I love the motto, “clean what can be seen”. So, gotta go clean! Love ‘ya!

I am having Thanksgiving with my late boyfriend’s family. He past away this past August and I need to be with them! My family understands and they live an hour away and being newly recovering from hip replacement I didn’t want to drive there by myself. So we are doing things differently this year. Great video. Yes and yes love those movies! My mom is on a septic tank and they have always told her not to use the in tank tabs at all! Also I’m on city water and sewerage and I was told when we moved in to not use them either but I cannot remember why and that was just 15 years ago!🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I’m old! 44 turning 45 in March! We do Smithfield Ham on thanksgiving along with turkey on Christmas Eve we do finger food Easter ham New Year’s Day cabbage and corn beef black eye peas cornbread

I recently bought a new toilet seat called pipishell - from Amazon. It's got a pushbutton to remove the seat from its anchors for easy deep cleaning. I don't remove it every time I clean but now I remove it at least monthly, and it really makes a difference. It's also soft close which is a game changer!
