Second party is insured
This party is unknown basically wo party jiska nuksaan hua ho accidentally..
Suppose u have a car and aapke car se kisi dusari car ko damage hua
He asked for a claim from you
In this situation your insurer will pay the claim what third party will seek and he will also give you claim kyuki aapki car bhi damage hai...
Sir agar ghar per bhida di car..toh uska claim thodina third party ko.mielga

@@drsahilroy Maine SBI se personal loan liya tha. Bank walon ne loan ke sath mujhe SBI general insurance bhi de diya. General Insurance ka 10 thousand premium every year mere account se cut ho raha hai. Mai kya karun? please help me Sir. Mujhe ye band karana hai.
