Don't buy this product unless you have local product support. Device failures are common, gimbal going berserk, battery not powering and a service team that is unreasonable
@@geekazine I spoke with Dramey at Support. I don't think the folk there are unreasonable, but their rules make it impossible for them to resolve warranty repairs on Tail Airs. The problem is the inbuilt lithium battery that cannot be shipped back overseas because they are categorised as dangerous goods. They will not send a replacement till they get the non functional tail Air (for good reason). Which is why such products need a local support without international aupport
