I must use your bag? Sorry for this question, but litter seems really durable and in the past others device with proprietary spares was the reason of their obsolescence.
Hi there, you can use other bags, but the self-sealing feature is only achievable with the PetSnowy bag because the bag itself is part of our self-sealing design.
I'm interested in getting this, but one of my cats is a huge flinger of litter. How easy is it to clean under the ball? Seeing how it is designed and works I'm worried that any litter that gets under there will get into the gears that make the ball roll and break it.

I have 2 hefty chonks.. currently have a litter robot but am wondering if this is big enough for them. The space looks smaller and most of the cats in videos look small.

My cat is pretty small and I can’t get her to use it :( I think she feels like it’s too small
Update 12 days later: My cat is using it now. I guess it takes a while and some incentive to warm up to it. I recommend not plugging it in until they’re comfortable going in it

Is the Silicone litter cusion that you put the cat litter on scratch resistent? I have a cat that is very thorough when covering her wastes, but she scratches the bottom of a normal litter box, I just want to know if it's durable enough, that the cat scratching it won't tear it apart. Thanks

How is the process of cleaning that mashine? Are the requirements that after every x kg litter that cleaning needs to be done? Do you plan to create the video which cover that topic?
Hi there, there's not much cleaning required for our litter box. But we do recommend an overall clean-up every one or two months.
Will you add a video on how to clean it? The rotation system... I can see litter falling in between parts as cats enter and exit. Also by rotating, does it mean the inside walls will get dust from litter moving from one side to the other? Thanks

Hello. I have 2 of these units. Currently, one's indicator cloud is solid green, and the other's is solid white. Both units work fine. What's the difference? I couldn't find solid green nor solid white in the list of color functions.
Also, I can't figure out how to accurately set the weights of my 4 cats. What Snow+ lists as the weights for my cats doesn't match what the vet lists as their weights. This frequently leaves "unknown cat" in the working records. I'll go into the cat's profile for the cat I think was the one using the box, but the weights listed change all the time. The only thing I can think of to do is set up cameras to see which cat uses each box when, but that seems illogical. Suggestions?

Can you reuse the bags? Like you can unseal it, dump it in a standard garbage bag, and reconnect it?
🥰Hi there, good question. Our bag is made of durable and robust material, and it is reusable. However, we have an infrared detection sensor equipped in the drawer section. So, when you change the litter bag, please make sure to flatten it properly to avoid triggering the sensor by mistake.
Hi! Does the bag stays closed in between the cleanings or is it always opened when the drawer is inside? I thought it’s supposed to be closed but my unit keeps it open. Is this normal? Thank you!
Hi there, the automatic bag sealing feature is designed to close the bag when the waste drawer is pulled out, allowing for easy disposal of the waste. When the drawer is pushed back in, the bag automatically opens again. Additionally, you have the option to manually open the bag for convenient observation of your cat's waste when you pull out the drawer. This combination of automatic and manual opening ensures both ease of use and the ability to monitor your cat's litter box habits.

Hi there! I’m currently trying to decide which automatic litter box to get for my 3 cat household. So far you guys are beating your competitors, specifically the litter robot, in a variety of factors. Although your website states that the Petsnowy litter box has weight detection technology that monitors your cat’s weight, it doesn’t state if it works for multi-cat households and monitors each cat’s weight and logs exactly which cat used the litter box within the app and when. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Is there a version for Wood litter?
Hi Eva, we recommend choosing low-dust clumping litter with our litter box. If the wood litter you're using is clumping, low-dust, and can be efficiently filtered out with our regular mesh (under 0.8"*1.2") or mini mesh (under 0.4"*0.8"), it will work with our litter box.
Is there wifi function that allow us to control it through app when not at home?

Mine has a little bit of "play" in the globe, meaning it shifts/rotates like an eight of an inch as the cat enters. Is that normal?

I am considering your product as a self-cleaning litter box. But it looks really small. I have 3 cats they all like to share the same litter box 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ and the weight between 5.5kg - 6kg. Also they are quite big/large with long legs - Common European. Thanks.

For maximum comfort, we'd like to suggest measuring your kitties, we recommend using our litter box with cats under 25 inches in length(collar to the base of the tail) Hope this helps.

That sounds good. Last question. Does the litter bag seal up after a cat has used the litter box or is it permanently open when inserted?

Does it automatically sift after the cat leaves the box, or do you have to press the button every time you want it to sift? Also, what is the disposal like? I know it goes in a little bin in the bottom but I’m curious about how that works. I currently have a litter robot and the open waste bin on the bottom is the worst part when I need to empty it.

Hello there, SNOW⁺ will automatically clean itself after the safe system detects that your cats have left the box. You could even use our PetSnowy app to schedule a cleaning routine.
Getting ride of the waste bag is the most unpleasant part and we’re with you here!
That’s why we have a self-packing design. Simply pull the tray out to seal, push it in to open the waste bag and you are good to go!
