Obc certificate issued after April 1 / 2024 is valid for recruitments published within April 2024 to march 2025, so u need to get new obc certificate now, don't delay..
Ur certificate of 2023 is NOT useful
If u get new certificate now then it won't be a problem, so apply for new certificate as soon as possible

Sir I from Rajasthan. If I apply from Gujarat for ibps clerk then must I learn(read ,write and speak) gujrati, since in notifications hindi, english and gujrati all are mentioned as mode of examination(for Gujarat state)

Yes because ur salary will be credited to sbi account only, u might be given time if u don't have account but don't delay, do it ASAP
Sir in IBPS CLERK FORM I am mentioning about my work experience in Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank which is of 23 days..which is less than 1 month..and because of this "Total Experience in months" column is empty..and because of this It's showing error that "experience in months" column cannot be empty. Now what should I do.
