Sometimes there is a slight hint of coffee flavour in the water, in which case you'll want to go into settings and go to 'Maintenance' and 'coffee flushing', which will run some water through the system to clear out any residue before you make your tea.

Yes, it has a feature to make hot milk. You have to press the 'more' button and scroll down, but it does have it.
