Incredible piece. Very informational. Thank you!
I just happened to come across your channel and i love everything about it. I am not a buyer, seller or expert in any way shape or form. What i do, is find joy in seeing beautiful objects and see or learn how they were created and their history. I also realized pretty quick that i like you and how you communicate and entertain in your videos. I do find it appealing when objects are truly old and often watch Christie's, Sotheby's and others to see and learn about the Conservation efforts and curators work on these things. You certainly seem truly knowledgeable on these objects and seem to be legitimate with your connections to Christie's and Sotheby's as well. I really hope you see my comment even though its on one of your older video postings. I'm watching all your stuff on your site. Love it!!!!
Thanks so much for your kinds words, I've always enjoyed wonderful objects starting as a kid actually. Also I've always been fascinated by History in general.. Thanks again, Peter

Does the five-clawed dragon mean that it was made for the emperor? Or when did that "rule" begin?
Peter, I found it very informative! Great video. What would they have used this for? Sweetmeats, other foods or on a desk?
