Reminds me a lot of the house a friend of mine has in New Hampshire. There are quite a few things that picker would be interested in like that vintage tv upstairs and a lot of that furniture!
Wow. Nice sized house - newer garage - back yard & fenced in yard. Built houses well in 1920s. "Alcoves". Hugh "Eat-in" Kitchen. Bet the cost to heat would be high. Love the toilet in the basement. Basement walls can be fixed. Four bedrooms. I would like to have another full bath on the first floor - off the kitchen with the Washer & dryer - storage. Walk up Attic would be nice as a studio type room & small bath/shower - 5th living/bedroom. Sweet. This Old House Project.
These houses are also known as Folk Victorian but I think it would have been built around the 1910's. That first room off the entry was the 'formal' parlor and the doors would be kept closed until it was in use. And no one touched the woodwork!! In fact, they kept it in really good shape. Who ever buy's it should be put in jail if they remove or paint it!
I have asbestos siding & this looks like wood, it could be because of viewing it on video. But... This looks worth investigating in, Lots of Potential❤!!! Kinda close property lines though & the garage needs lots of work too. I don't know about prices for materials in the area but it appears to be worth the research!
Of all the houses I've seen on your channel, this is my favourite.

My sister would go for the old fabrics. The table cloths and the stuff hanging from the door in that one bedroom.
Nice ol' sweetheart of a house...!! Can see a full happy family living there...!

This house in one of the better houses shown on your videos. Nice woodwork...even the tiles in the bathroom seem interesting to me.😂

Thanks for the info! Love these little tidbits that help me expand my own knowledge.
The "Sitting room"as you called it is actually The Formal Dining Room.
I lived in a similar house decades ago when I was in college in New England.
Great house! Collestors would definitely take both those Zeniths off your hands
You forgot to check the other side of that foundation, unless you did it off camera?
Off camera after the walkthrough
Often they had sewing rooms ! Everyone sewed back in the day.
If i had enough funds to fix it up properly, I'd love to live there!
I love the wood in the house and detail
That brick foundation definitely leaks.
Love this one!
They are called bay Windows.
Great house, leave the gun, take the canoli
I actually have the same exact floor pattern in my kitchen as this house has upstairs. I've never seen that anywhere else!
It's not a colonial. It looks more Victorian. I bet it had a nice wrap around porch at one time.
I thought that you said the price & other info was in the description😢!

Hi, I am unable to find the price on this home and other homes available.
Pretty sure that's asbestos siding, not wood.

"That's obviously not very good".😄
it's called an alcove
Sad to me when you see so much left behind...makes you wonder what happened.
I wonder if the decorator's seeing eye dog is still around.
