Sadly he didn't attend. Russia has tried to pass off an old video of putin few years back, as a new one. Very naughty. You can see they changed colour of tie. He also looks thinner in the face . He went to a funeral recently and only attended on his own, noone else was allowed there, because hes worried everyone wants to kill him.

@@lilybond6485 I was shocked by Putin's move to send troops into Ukraine at first too. But there is a reason, and a pretty damn good one. NATO (a staunch enemy of Russia) was placing rockets aimed at Russia just miles from the Russian border. These missiles were a threat to Russia's national security, and Russia sent troops in to prevent the threat from growing. This was after the west refused to partake in diplomatic talks.
