I have had my achilles injury for 6 months now. Left has got better but the Right flares up after 100m. Becomes tender again. (Thanks for the Bike to get around). Tried Volterol and Gels. Should I just tough it and tough it through a long practice walk? (What I was doing to get the injuries).
