My friend Ashleigh's husband had the same thing and he is still alive 10 years later. She found a dr. in Los Angeles who was willing to take a look at him and he did the operation. Her husband was not paralyzed nor did he lose his speech. I wish I could get her and Jovita together even if it's just for encouragement. Jovita is a wonderful lady and a great reporter.

Whenever I hear someone else is going through this my heart breaks. We lost my dad to the very same thing 4 years ago. His journey began when we noticed his driving was becoming off. He had his surgery in September 2016 and fought like hell until his last day in April of 2017. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Keep on fighting and never give up!!!

I'm from Atlanta and I hate to hear this. I was dx with lung cancer in Jan 2021. I was a travel nurse and loved it but now I am home still in Ga. My prayer out to you. Going thru the tx.
