For the effect that looks like the street is blasting up, that you said you were going to give to magneto, use your marvel legends Stryfe using his telepathy mutant ability. It'll give you another villian at least. And the green dragon ball effect use for a brother voodoo. Like his magic ability

Most people use them for dragon ballZ figures and the company that makes them make the dragonballZ model kits the one with the rocks look really good with Piccolo doing his power up
