That’s awesome, will definitely try this.I have one question, can we do this in word? I have increment letters of all employees in one single word. How can I save them individually by their respective employee code.

You may add the technique to a more robust process of Payroll Data if the last row is dynamic (in the for loop).

Vba works but mac requires different approach in code. Vba macros are usually works best on window

This payslip is perfect but still we need to add one things. One line should be number of working days and i should automatically calculate payable amount according to the number of working days. Many employee join at middle of month. Please modify in same format. Thanks

When executed the module, it is showing problem in the first line of code while debugging where as I have written the code exactly as you have written. Pl help to fix the issue. Showing Run Time Error 1004 and stating Method 'Range' of object'_Worksheet' failed. Pl help.

Problem
Visual Basic is a case sensitive programming language. You're writing Employeeid instead of EmployeeID and that might be a reason to your problem. Type properly and then try, will it helps.
