It needs thermal color options, so you can switch between various color schemes which really makes stuff "pop out", like other Night Vision scopes, and a range finder that compensates your reticle image for bullet drop over distance, and windage/elevation. Black and white is ok, but color is better. When an animal body pops out because its red against a background, or a car engine, you know what's there and there's no hiding against a background of the same color.
PC5032 Ths new type of scope utilizes what is basically a Color CCTV type camera which switches to B/W mode for night vision via IR emitters. Your thinking of other types of night vision scopes which ether intensify existing light or thermal which shows heat.

how long minimum paralax setting of this version ?
The newest ones shipping do NOT have a usb port. My first one took a dump after 100 rds and they sent back one and they nixed the USB port. Might have been the prob with em?

Looks like a huge brick. Reminds me of old school video cameras the big ass ones that used VHS tapes in them. I bet on a few years we will be laughing at this bulky thing and how obsolete it is.
