PPPL to collaborate on Industrial Heat Shot with Oak Ridge National Laboratory

In addition to leading a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Energy Earthshot Research Center (EERC) as part of the Hydrogen Shot™, the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory will collaborate with another EERC led by Oak Ridge National Laboratory. This center will be part of the larger Industrial Heat Shot™, which focuses on using clean electricity instead of fossil fuels to produce the heat needed for many industrial processes.
