- Had the propshaft out for custom dyno mapping at wayside performance so the car was back to fwd so i got a video to compare it to when the propshaft was in. huge difference in the way it puts the power down

Iv'e converted one other focus with a mate, and we're planning on selling a kit, but its gona cost 3K just in parts
I'd defo be interested also (or we could swap motors 😉). Out of interest how does it compare to just FWD?
@@boabm6522 It doesn't really compare to a fwd focus lol, its completely changed how the car drives, under steer has pretty much all been removed and replaced with oversteer so you actually have to think abit about how your gona get round a bend and what your gona do if the back comes out XD, can be very scary but at the same time sending a focus sideways round a wet roundabout is too much fun haha
i was back to fwd for a few days before mapping and the car just felt abit boring, all its playfulness seems to get taken away without the rear drive, guess im just used to the car to rotating under power, rather then just wanting to force you into a curb

most of the parts come from v50 manual awd, theirs only about 25 or so lelt on the road, they very rarely come up for sale now
@@centsam5947 I can't see why the you couldnt use the entire kuga system, since its has the exact c1 floor as the focus and cmax.
@@daveytn because the kuga subframe doesnt fit regular focus mk2 or the st, only the mk2 rs came with the bolt holts in the chassis for the kuga subframe, also the kuga subframe geometry is setup to be about 10 inches higher then an st so if you were to lower it down to normal st height the geometry of all the arms would be dog shite
@@daveytn I did try the kuga subframe first btw, 100% does not fit to a mk2 focus
@@centsam5947 wow, didn't expect a reply - cheers! It just made me wonder because the Kuga when in first concept I believe ford fit the Kuga subframes to a MK1 cmax, there's various pictures if you Google it I'm sure, which is where you can tell they got the interior from aswell lol.
