You do what the other youtubers don't! give an absolute 100% full view of the whole stadium. Every bit is explored with your videos. Amazing work again. #UTFT #Everton
Another brilliant video again, Nick. The added bonus of the fantastic views of the city skyline and Goodison Park off in the distance was great. Too bad that massive Lego type, mish mosh of a building is in view just to the right of Goodison Park. Any way you can blur that out in future? 😃
What a Great Video for us there Nick, Brilliant as Always. So good to see so much detail that you show us, taking your time around the stadium. Well Done To You Sir, Keep up the Fantastic Work 🙏👏👍👌
Hey Nick. So much going on this week it’s amazing to see. Trees going in on the South End of the plaza. Looks like the cladding has been finished on the North East corner so it matches up with the North end windows. Looks like they have put a door in on the West plaza terrace on the southern end. Great video as always COYB
I love your BMD videos Nick. I noticed they've finally filled in the gap that existed in the barrel roofing on the edge next to the glass windows on the North-East stand. They've added more on the edge to provide a depth between the glass and the barrel roof, which was precisely on the final design video.
When you get a chance and if you're looking for another development site to film, I recommend you film the King Edward Triangle on Liverpool's waterfront which is to house a cluster of skyscrapers, including Liverpool's biggest building. It's collaboration between Beetham, T.J Morris and Peel. It sounds massive, no images yet though.
As far as design, and especially the location, this has to be the nicest ground in the Premier. Just where the Mersey meets the sea.....I just hope they allow ferries to dock up alongside the stadium, making it the only stadium in the world where you can go to a match in a boat......
Really loved this one, showing the whole area so well. The river side location will look great at nights with the lights reflecting in the water.Any pubs in the area? They must be rubbing their hands,
I had a pint of Guinness in the Bramley Moore opposite the stadium last year - great view from the window. The Bull Inn is a 5 minute walk away but that’s the only other pub. No doubt there will be more
This build has been a great distraction from the on/off pitch debacle. Whatever will we do when it's completed?😂😂 Fan Plaza's west stand looks incredible - can't wait for it to be finished in all it's glory.
Was wondering if theres anyway you can drone low level when the sites quiet? I understand there's possibly a loss of signal as you go up and over, but maybe do east and south sides from around the BM pub. I think a low-level flyby would give the viewer a really good perspective as if you are actually there walking around. Just an idea🤔💙
Hi Nick, yet another great video. I asked a question recently about the barrel cladding on the Northeast corner & wether or not there would be smaller pieces added to the end to finish it off & I noticed in your video here that they’ve now done that & it looks great
Another fantastic video Nick, see they’ve added the small irregular shaped barrel section pieces to finish off the end of the North East Stand Barrel section, the floor/decking all around the stadium is really coming along great now and 5 more trees planted in the East Plaza, they seem to be ramping up the pace again now, cheers Nick have a great weekend.
Fantastic videos you are bringing us Nick. Much appreciated and keep up the great work. One concern I have is matchdays when 50000 plus are heading towards the stadium. How many entrances/access routes will there be at the time of opening. Cheers
Access to the site will be entirely open at all times anyway, matchday or not. The 3 cut-throughs and Tower Gates will allow 53k people, IF(!) they all wanted to, to leave the ground in about 25 mins (assuming people use a 0.6m width (the seats are 0.47m wide) and actually take about 3 secs to physically pass though the openings), which is leaning on the conservative side. In reality that won't happen as people going to the game will arrive as a stream not an avalanche and leave in a similar fashion, as many will be enticed to prolong the stay by hospitality and Fan Plaza events etc.
I am a true blue. Ex season ticket holder for many years. Now living in Thailand. Our stadium is being built for the fans not just income. Yes only 4,000 additional general admission but we need income. Millions spent on fan plaza, west stand mezzona, and other non essential areas. Its not a Spurs money only stadium, its built for us to enjoy. Yes its designed to make money, we need it, but that is not the be all and end all. I hope in the next few years i can fly home to see our home for real.
When you type this stuff, do you genuinely think it’s funny and/ or original? I find it fascinating that after all this time, people can still be quite so dull.
Bryan: not yet, they haven't. It's due to start in May BUT they have at least brought in some stock of black piping, if you look at 11:24 mins in on this video, which implies that the start of May, may be possible.
Can someone please explain what the Plaza is about on the West stand ? Like the look just don't understand it. Great stadium you guy's will have. George
I'm guessing you're new to the site as this topic has been discussed at length. Precis: 1) to keep fans protected in poor weather when going to the portals of the West Stand and 2) to provide great views and reasons to visit, all year, when the weather is Ok.
Azul: it's not because the edge is not finished although it will be tidied up a bit. However, when it's finished it'll look 'clean' and that will only ever be seen by drones. No one on the ground will see any of concrete rooves areas.
Another great video, Nick. Nick, I have heard that the stadium is behind mostly due to weather. Do you know or if any of your contacts can let you know what the time scale of the delays is? Thanks
A few weeks, I think. They hoped to have all the seats installed by Easter, so they’ve missed that self imposed deadline. Roof delayed due to all the storms and that has had a knock on effect on other jobs
Keith: I think it's possibly a misconception that the external works will dictate the end point. As the club will not be playing there until August 2025 with plenty of testing events and authority clearance periods too, it's not really a key issue any longer. The key issue will be maintenance of funding.

Your contributions are of high quality with a lot of competence and a pleasant, calm voice. thank you and would like to see more of it. Everton have been looking to build a new stadium for 25 years. The Kings Dock and Kirkby sites didn’t materialise and, finally, this site was the only place in the city a stadium could be built (apparently). 4 years of planning and approvals up to 2021, and 3 years of construction to this point. 8 months left, hopefully, if the funds allow. UTFT!

Hey Nick. Another great video, thank you. One thing dawned on me, and I’m not sure if others have already covered it. However, I haven’t seen much by way of wheelchair accessibility for those who require one to be able to share those views. Can anyone point out where wheelchair access to the top of the terrace will be, if any? Given the great work the club do as EitC, I can’t imagine that has been overlooked. Thank you!
Wheelchairs will access the stadium under the western plaza terrace (through the ‘tunnel’) and then can take a lift up to the next level to access the top of the plaza through the main west stand exit 👍🏻
