- Are you looking for a place to stay in Gatlinburg Tennessee? A more private place to stay is Greystone Lodge Cottages. Just a half mile from downtown Gatlinburg Greystone has several cottages of different size. They are quite and many of them have a mountain stream running right beside the cabins. Greystone lodge is know for their downtown motel but we found the cottage to be a great place for a getaway in Gatlinburg Tennessee and The Great Smoky Mountains. Sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and relax listening to the creek is what it's all about. The great smoky mountains is one of my favorite places to vacation and maybe one day call home👍👍

That's a very cozy place. I love the decks and especially the deck right off the bedroom where you can listen to the water in the creek. Very nice!

Oh wow! Thanks for sharing. I didn’t know they had cottages. That would be good to rent in the winter, because most cabins are on a mountain and if the weather is bad you can’t get up to your cabin. This way your right in town and those roads should be mostly clear.

Nothing better than a nutter butter ,that watermelon looked really fresh .I always get the pre cut watermelon cups when available ,get them really cold and nothing better
Have stayed in that exact cottage and loved it , close to town , and a relatively quiet street ! My wife nearly cried when we discovered it had not been destroyed by the fires !

Nice , very cute place, we usually stay in a hotel, and now we are staying in a Cabin looking over the mountains in Sereville , something new for us. Will suggest this to my fiends as this is something they would love to stay at.

A nice cottage,I agree being in the cottage is a good alternative than a cabin or hotel or motel,it gives you privacy,that makes a good area to vacation in as well as walking distance to other attractions in gatlinburg. You should have taken off your shoes when you gave the bed a try!!!!!!

That’d be great for those planning a trip or for those who are there and want to record memories of what you did , ate, etc. The cottage looks very cute and handy to get to all the entertainment and food. We've stayed at Greystone before didn't know they had Cottages. It looks really nice. Beautiful nature view from the deck. That is good that you can use the pool, parking lot and have breakfast at the hotel if you want. Nice planner and cute magnet!

My wonderful husband and I are planning a trip in October. We have been lovers of Gatlinburg for many years . I ordered one of your travel planners from Amazon. It will be so nice to have all the information for my Smoky Mountain trips in one place! I might use it for other trips too. It will be arriving on Tuesday! I take notes for trips in a notebook but this will be so much nicer. I also like the idea of having a place to add notes that I take from your vlogs for future trips That was a nice cottage! I loved the sound of the water rushing by when you were out on the decks.

Looks like a great place and another great video. Looked it up on the map. Not far from the trolley stops along 321 either. It’s a definite plus to be able to park at the lodge downtown. I just ordered the book too.

We stayed at Greystone lodge , I think years ago it was the Howard Johnson's .. I remember me , my brother , and our cousins were jumping on the beds, my brother got caught and got punished , we all didn't say a word. We set there ... Lol.. Good memories ... I miss my dad ..

The Greenbriar area is just out 321 from Gatlinburg. From PF it's 13 or so miles.

While visiting we eat breakfast in Gatlinburg, then drive Roaring Fork rhen pick up some groceries at Food city before heading back to camp. Also lodge seemed nice but if we ever stay in a place it must not have carpet. Hate carpet

The Greystone Lodge don't own these anymore, I just called. Do you know who does? We stayed there back in 2021.
How much is the cabin a night
It varies Lynn and you will need to check Greystone Lodge web site for current cost.
Have not stayed at this place but would advise people reading this to checkout some of the reviews on trip advisor about this place double billing people on their credit cards . If this is true shame on you Greystone Lodge .
They no longer have these cottages, they sold them.

These have been built since the gatlinburg fire. The fire burnt the whole hillside there and everything else.
