I had absolutely no idea that they went that close to the nec, didnt know they go that far out

I failed my test today. 1 serious fault Judgement meeting. They were cars parking right and left and no one has priority. I waited behind the car but the oncoming car was also waiting there I moved off and that make me failed. It is my third test at Garrett Green really disappointed.😢
