Dapwell was fine, Heems was hilarious, only Kool AD really sent off any negative vibe in my opinion. As for their music, I really think people took it waaay too seriously, fans and critics alike. They were just dudes with great flows, weird personas and occasionally insightful lyrics. The only reason so many people saw them as more than a rap trio/duo was because they made so many pop culture references that anyone could try to interpret their incoherence.

They did Jin dirty like I get what they’re saying but you have to look at the context like ALL his opponents ever did was make Asian jokes, he couldn’t really make black jokes (or at least it isn’t smart lmao) his only option was pretty much to make Asian jokes too but I agree it isn’t really a diss towards the person wearing them Lmao but if for the era they were in it’s not like most of the lines were that crazy it was more freestyle based and he was pretty good at that.
