Lost Shinjuku is spectacular, a result of having to make a low quality soundboard sound nice. Reminds me of the NES days, when the total lack of instruments were made up for by smooth and genius melodies. Pretty sure that's how Koshiro composes EO now, doing it in low quality PC88 before rearranging it with better instruments.
Sweet I actually want the OSTs at some point so a "greatest hits collection" would be fantastic. Hearing Hoist the Sword with Pride really makes me wish they would hurry and make EOU3. But I understand that persona really is the moneymaker so I guess I'll have to hope that 5 and MD2 when it gets localized will keep me pacified until then.

Akira Kurusu Agreed. The music in the Etrian Odyssey franchise is pretty amazing (the composer is Koshiro Yuzo btw). Though some of my favourite pieces weren't in this video (e.g Battlefield- Storm from Etrian Odyssey IV), the music they picked for this video is still really good. One of the many reasons I love the franchise. If you haven't heard of/played the franchise before, and you own a 3DS, the demos for Etrian Odyssey IV, Untold and Untold 2 are free on the eshop, if you'd like to try one of them out! ^.^
TSG Trap Tha God Haven't you try the other Shin megami Tensei games? Persona is an spin-off of Shin megami Tensei, but the main saga of shin megami Tensei is a lot darker and complex focusing on old school rpg style. If you really like Persona you should check the other sagas of SMT, there you would see how persona was created, using the demons/personas of the main saga and doing it more comercial and anime like. It's just a recommendation because it's a shame most fans of persona don't even know about the others SMT (there around 40's smt games) There's one main Shin megami Tensei (apparently 5) coming for the Nintendo switch.
Kuromi Darklord It's such a shame SMT is overshadowed by Persona. It feels like SMT will never get the love it deserves because waifus is the new JRPG meta. Feelsbadman
Kuromi Darklord Ffs, SMT fans get so salty when you mention Persona like their series is better. Yes, I've beat Nocturne and IV Apocalypse and I've played Devil Survivor. Still enjoy the Persona games more, those games change a Person. I loved Nocturne but it was just so edgy.

I used to be a Persona 3+ kid, but then I played games that didn't suck called Etrian Odyssey 1 and SMT3.
