The adds come in larger packs on pyramid when you go forward before the npcs and you aggro some as well as the event sending some plus as you get closer they social aggro more. So just chill and wait for the npcs

You are griefiing your party here in this dungeon.
Danny i love your vids and I have been following you ever since the launch of classic WoW, but i think you are wrong with your approach to healing as a "support"
As a healer your job is to HEAL. The tanks job is to TANK. The DPS job is to... DPS...
If you want to play DPS, roll a dps class.
As a main tank here, ESPECIALLY in hardcore you have to wait for your healer to have about 75% mana just in case something "stupid" or unexpected happens.
And every time the group has to sit and wait for you to drink is a waste of time.
If they do not wait for you to drink, they put the whole group in danger.
Every time the tank has to wait for you to regen mana, it cost them rage, which cost them threat which causes unnecessary risk to the group.
In doing your "support" thing, instead of healing, you are putting the time and effort of all of these hardcore players in jeopardy to satisfy your ego.
You are playing "fast and loose" with other peoples time, effort and money.
A lot of the people you are playing with are regular people with jobs and familys with just a couple hours a day to play.
Take all of that into consideration
Also, I've watched every one of your "classic hardcore healing" dungeon videos and you let Holy Fire fall off in every one of them. Which makes you very 1-shot-able... which is very concerning, considering this is a hardcore character and you have zero threat reducing talents IMO
You play a suboptimal hc spec and focus too much on doing damage. Healers like that often cause group wipes.

This is not how mages do... the talent you refer to is shatter and it gives 50% crit vs targets in nova for FROST only
