Thank you so much I tried doing this 4 times prior to your video, and yours worked everyone else said hold break down and my car after so many attempts went dead. So thanks for the help, you did amazing in explaining step by step, it's finally off my dash. Couldn't of done it without your help! I so appreciate this, thumbs up!
This was for some reason one of the coolest car videos ive ever watched..i dont know why but i had a smiling grin on my face the whole time.. never knew my car did that..thanks brother! God bless
You are not going to believe this buddy, but I was going to look up this very thing today for my car, it's a Chevy also but an 05 even if this isn't the proper video for my car it's incredible that you posted this TODAY either way much obliged and I'll be adding this one to a playlist also 👍😆
One of my sensors is dead (I know because there is no honking when deflating/inflating the tire). Would I just need to replace the sensor (take tire off, mount it, and put tire back on) and retry this with the new sensor or would the sensor need to be calibrated/relearned/activated another way? I've been trying to figure this out and I'd rather not have to buy a MaxiTPMS service tool.
My LR tire lights up when I am doing the RR tire but as soon as I am done, the lights goes completely off. Does that mean there’s no sensors in the LR tire or is the tire PSI is too on the LR, which makes me restart the whole process every time?
start lf, the rf, then rr then lr. Follow the lights. Make sure there is sufficient air. Sometimes it takes me 15 seconds...eventually it will beep then light up the next light brighter, and double honk on last tire to let you know its done.
ClusterHeadSurvivor I follow the exact step you just described. However, it only double honk in the rr tire. I guess the sensor in the lr is dead. Moreover, I realize that once I do lf and rf, the psi number shows up in the dashboard but once I go over to the rr, it double honk and the psi doesn’t show up anymore.
Same issue on an 09 malibu. I have replacement sensors to put all around. I'm waiting for my appointment to get new tires on. I was trying to relearn them all to see which one is bad now none of them will read since the process didnt finish at the left rear🤦♂️
Any idea why this method did not work on the same model and year of the car? I only have one sensor working and the other 3 aren’t projecting anything. When I hold unlock and lock nothing happens. Very confused on why this does not work on my car.
Concise and immediately to the point with nothing but pertinent, clear information that is ON TOPIC!!. Thank you!! THANK YOU!! Fantastic job!!
You are so welcome!

James Ruschmann was London Ont! Close! But thanks for the comment!
Just had a flat i googled to rest my tire pressure thank u sir
I noticed that the car was jacked up and all 4 wheels were off the ground does that matter???
Alan Brooks nope!
Thank you for this video. What would I have to do if I lost my keypad? Is there a way to reset it without it?
No. Go to dealer or buy a new one
@@ClusterHeadSurvivor alright do you know how much it would cost around?

Page I think you be fine replacing the one and just program with air.
I have a 2013 chevy malibu and the sensors always bugged me. I will give this a try. I would hope it works on the later years lol
Hi, Caleb!! Did it work ok your Malibu 2013?
I doubt this works for a 2013 as it’s a new model. I could be wrong though.
Whose bright idea was it to have you deflate your tires in order to reset the 'deflated tire' warning light? dumb! But thanks for the video!
Agreed 100%
Very precise information
i might need this tip on my g8 tire pressure.... soon will find out

Humble Kid think you have a bad sensor !
ClusterHeadSurvivor Thank you. I will replace it.
Does that sensor have anything to do with bad struts?
No
Awesome! Thank you
I did the process but on the left rear tire it wont honk so is not getting re programmed, can it be a bad sensor?
Andy Calidad could be. Try again. If it don’t work take it to a shop. Sensors do go bad but not often.
@@ClusterHeadSurvivor yea I tried twice already still the same problem I'll take it to a shop though see what they say
@@andycalidad604 may be the battery sensor

Chris Gonzalez I would try 4 or 5x. If unsuccessful the likelihood of bad sensors are prob you best bet.
Mine only has 3 sensors, one of the wheels was replaced and sensor was not reinstalled.
Then buy one and have it installed
Lost my key fob... can I still do it without it?
No
@@ClusterHeadSurvivor ok thanks
Easy .... thanks !!!!
Very helpful thank you.
Awesome
What if your keyless entry does not work anymore 🤔
Go to the dealer
My 2009 didn’t come with a key fob what do I do?
Go to a dealer or buy a factory one and program it
What if you lose the original key fob
Buy another one or go to a dealer
I doing this right now but o only get the first yellow light from the driver side and nothing for the rest... What could it be?
Has to honk before you proceed
@@ClusterHeadSurvivor yes it does and then I do the the driver side first and I get a hunk but don't get the yellow light for the passenger side
What if the key fob nots working ?
Go buy some or go to dealer. This video is what to do when programming not I don’t have one
Perfect, thanks!!!
Why my relearning program doesn't function after I hold unlock/lock
Are you using factory fobs or aftermarket? Press and hold both together until horn beeps.
@@ClusterHeadSurvivor aftermarket fob
How can I do this method without a key fob?
Ruben D. Rodriguez, Jr. you don’t
@@ClusterHeadSurvivor well sucks to be me...where can I buy a key fog? I bought my 2010 Chevy Malibu without one.
Can I do it with a viper keyless ignition starter remote?
No
How do I do it without a key lock
you can not. Buy one, program it and then do it or go to a dealer
@@ClusterHeadSurvivor turn, I did
Ty** auto correct
What if you’re car doesn’t have the key fob?
Go to a dealer or local repair shop that has a programmer.
Thank you..
