Also prosecution must prove all the elements of a crime to succeed in criminalizing an acussed...Go and read the case and understand the reasoning behind the ruling... When you are done, you return.The next time you display, such ignorance we'll ask Clement to find a way to remove you from this family of intellectuals. Don't be a foolish wit.Thank you.

This conflict is exercibated by the rule that parliament is a master of its own proceedings and this is why even though I agree with SC's ruling on this matter, I am prepared to appreciate why the speaker of parliament is ignoring it.
