I think gogetto has a auto skill where his ultra instinct gain more dodge chance the lower his hp is so 1% hp is why he clutched up
But he doesn't have hakai or UE abilities

Gogetto auto dodge at low HP is a bit much. Hard to balance since hes supposed to be OP tho.
