🤣🤣🤣 this is NOT how the actual call center works. Its always rushed watch your call time watch your after call. Basically, answer the call get to the point and get them off. Let me add supervisors telling you what you do wrong but you have customers begging to speak with you. Makes no sense how about tell me what I do correctly
The training is meant more for a Family Entertainment facility, not a call center environment. Both environments should cater to the needs of the guest and make it easy for them.
